Het is een klein systeem: flesnek, plug of wiper, dop of kraag, pipetbolletje, pipet of bolletje. Elk onderdeel kan op zichzelf prima zijn en toch falen in combinatie. Het resultaat is een dop die niet goed past, een pipet die de bodem raakt, of een plug die na transport loskomt.<\/p>\n<p>Deze checklist is bedoeld voor kopers, productontwikkelaars en productiemanagers die de compatibiliteit eerst op papier willen bevestigen en daarna op een monster. Hij richt zich op de DIN18-halsafwerking, de standaard waarmee wij het meest werken, en op de onderdelen in onze <a href=\"https:\/\/www.packaging.si\/nl\/product-categorie\/onderdelen-componenten\/\">Onderdelen &amp; componenten<\/a> .<\/p>\n<h2>Waarom compatibiliteitsproblemen ontstaan<\/h2>\n<p>De meest voorkomende oorzaken zijn eenvoudig:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Onderdelen worden bij verschillende leveranciers besteld en niemand vergelijkt ze naast elkaar.<\/li>\n<li>De halsafwerking wordt aangenomen in plaats van bevestigd (bijvoorbeeld dat \u201c18 mm\u201d overal hetzelfde betekent).<\/li>\n<li>Een component wordt om cosmetische redenen vervangen, zoals een nieuwe dopkleur, zonder de pasvorm opnieuw te controleren.<\/li>\n<li>Het product verandert (een dikkere olie, een vluchtiger mengsel), maar de sluiting blijft hetzelfde.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Geen van deze zaken is moeilijk te voorkomen. Noteer de halsafwerking zoals vermeld in de flesspecificatie, niet zoals u zich herinnert. Voor DIN18-flessen moeten alle sluitingsonderdelen voor dezelfde afwerking worden gespecificeerd. Als u een andere of op maat gemaakte hals gebruikt, meld dit dan in uw aanvraag, omdat standaardonderdelen daar mogelijk niet op passen.<\/p>\n<p>Let ook op hoe de sluiting bedoeld is om af te sluiten. Sommige sluitingen dichten op de halsrand, sommige door een binnenplug die in de opening drukt, en sommige door beide. Dit bepaalt welke onderdelen u nodig heeft en hoe ze samenwerken.<\/p>\n<h3>Wat u moet vastleggen<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Aanduiding halsafwerking (DIN18 of andere)<\/li>\n<li>Flesinhoud en glaskleur<\/li>\n<li>Fleshoogte, die bepalend is voor de pipetlengte<\/li>\n<li>Of de fles bedoeld is voor een plug, een druppelsamenstel of een sprayer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Stap 2: Kies eerst de doseerfunctie<\/h2>\n<p>Bepaal hoe het product de fles verlaat voordat u een kleur of afwerking kiest. De functie bepaalt de onderdelenlijst:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Druppelsgewijs doseren:<\/strong> pipetbolletje, kraag en pipet.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gecontroleerd schenken of doseerreductie:<\/strong> een binnenplug of wiper plus een dop.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Aanbrengen op de huid langs een oppervlak:<\/strong> een roll-on plug met bolletje en dop.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Fijne nevel:<\/strong> een sprayaansluiting.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Als u nog kiest tussen formaten, behandelt ons artikel over het kiezen van een DIN18-plug op gebruik die vergelijking. Oils, alcohol-based blends, essential oils and water-based serums behave differently against plastics and elastomers. Before approving a combination, ask:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Is the teat material suitable for the liquid you fill? NBR, silicone and TPE respond differently to different liquids, so test with your actual formula.<\/li>\n<li>Does the product contain strong solvents or fragrance components that may soften or swell plastic parts?<\/li>\n<li>Is the liquid thin enough to leak around a plug, or thick enough to flow poorly through a roll-on ball seat?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We do not state chemical resistance data unless it is in the product specification, so the practical answer is always to run a compatibility test with your own product and your chosen parts.<\/p>\n<h2>Step 5: Roll-on sets, a worked example<\/h2>\n<p>Roll-on sets show why a combined check matters. The plug holds the ball and seats in the neck, and the cap closes over it.<\/p>\n<p>Before ordering a carton, check:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>That the bottle is a DIN18 finish.<\/li>\n<li>That the fill is suitable for a ball applicator. Very thin liquids may run more freely than you want.<\/li>\n<li>That the cap color suits the bottle and label design. If the tip rests on the bottom, it can limit draw-up and make the last portion of product hard to reach. If it is too short, the tube may not reach the liquid as the level drops. Always measure the sealed assembly with the bottle upright rather than comparing two numbers on paper. A reasonable routine:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Assemble five to ten complete units with the exact parts you plan to order.<\/li>\n<li>Fill them with the real product, not a stand-in.<\/li>\n<li>Cap with the torque or pressure your line will use.<\/li>\n<li>Store some upright and some on their sides for a few days, then inspect for seepage at the neck.<\/li>\n<li>Dispense from each unit and check that the function is consistent.<\/li>\n<li>Ship a few units in your normal carton and check them again on arrival.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Record the results with part descriptions, so a reorder months later uses the same combination.<\/p>\n<h2>Keep a simple parts record<\/h2>\n<p>Once a combination works, document it. A one-page record is enough:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bottle description and neck finish<\/li>\n<li>Every component with its description and color<\/li>\n<li>Fill product and batch used in the test<\/li>\n<li>Date of the test and the person who approved it<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>When any part changes, repeat the pilot. It takes a short time compared with the cost of a recalled batch.<\/p>\n<h2>Veelgestelde vragen<\/h2>\n<h3>Are all DIN18 parts interchangeable?<\/h3>\n<p>They are designed around the same neck finish, but you should still confirm fit with a sample. Differences in plug design, collar shape and cap style can affect how parts work together.<\/p>\n<h3>Can I change only the cap color on an existing assembly?<\/h3>\n<p>Usually yes if the cap model stays the same, but check that the new batch seats and seals the same way. If the cap style changes, treat it as a new combination and test it.<\/p>\n<h3>Should I test with water or my actual product?<\/h3>\n<p>Use your actual product.
