Recently we received a request from a client who uses glass bottles with a bottleneck inner diameter of 12.3 mm<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Standard DIN18 dropper wipers<\/strong> were not suitable for this bottle design, so we developed a custom solution<\/strong> to ensure proper compatibility between the bottle, the wiper, and the dropper pipette.<\/p>\n

Optimized Wiper Dimensions<\/h2>\n

To achieve a perfect fit, the wiper was designed with the following specifications:<\/p>\n

    Bottle inner neck diameter:<\/strong> 12.3 mm<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Wiper height:<\/strong> 15.6 mm<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Compatible pipette diameter:<\/strong> 7 mm glass pipette<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    These dimensions ensure smooth insertion of the wiper into the bottle while maintaining proper functionality of the dropper system.<\/p>\n

    Smooth Pipette Movement and Accurate Dosing<\/h2>\n

    The internal opening of the wiper is optimized for 7 mm glass pipettes<\/strong>, allowing the pipette to pass smoothly through the wiper.<\/p>\n

    The wiper performs two important functions:<\/p>\n

      removes excess liquid from the pipette<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      helps ensure clean and controlled dosing<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      This is particularly important for applications such as:<\/p>\n

        cosmetic serums<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        essential oils<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        CBD oils<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        laboratory liquids<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Testing and Performance<\/h2>\n

        The wiper was tested directly with the client\u2019s bottles and showed excellent compatibility<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

        During the test, the pipette moves smoothly through the wiper while excess liquid is removed from the glass surface, preventing dripping and improving dosing accuracy.<\/p>\n
