Packaging.si registered as a food establishment
Kadrovik d.o.o., the company behind Packaging.si, has been entered in the record of registered establishments of food business operators in Slovenia. This article explains what the registration is, what it does not cover and what to check when you choose droppers for your product.
Registration details
The record is maintained by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Food of the Republic of Slovenia, under the Administration of the Republic of Slovenia for Food Safety, Veterinary Sector and Plant Protection.
Our droppers are assembled at our site in Izola, Slovenia (EU). We have been in business since 2010, and our quality management system is certified to ISO 9001:2015 by Bureau Veritas.
What the registration means
- Official record: the business is registered with the competent authority as a food business operator.
- Not a product approval: registration is an entry for the establishment. It is not a certificate for an individual product and does not replace your own assessment of the finished packaging.
- Separate from ISO 9001: ISO 9001:2015 concerns quality management. The food establishment registration is an administrative entry. The two are independent.
На какво да обърнете внимание при избора на капкомери
If your product is a food, supplement, cosmetic or pharmaceutical product, the responsibility for the final packaging lies with the brand owner. These points are a useful starting checklist:
- Intended use: confirm that the dropper components (glass pipette, teat, collar) suit your formulation and the contact time. Oils, alcohol-based liquids and water-based liquids can affect rubber teats differently.
- Правила за контакт с храни: материалите, предназначени да влизат в контакт с храни, трябва да отговарят на общата рамка на ЕС за материали, предназначени да контактуват с храни (Регламент (ЕО) № 1935/2004), както и на всички специфични мерки, които се прилагат за съответния материал.
- Вид затваряне: изберете версии с индикация за първо отваряне (tamper-evident) или с защита от деца и индикация за първо отваряне (CRC/TE), когато вашият продукт или пазар ги изисква.
- Тестване на съвместимост: тествайте малка партида с вашия реален продукт, преди да поръчате по-големи количества. Образци са налични при поискване.
- Документация: ако ви трябват конкретни документи за досието на вашия продукт, посочете кои са при запитването си.
Нашата гама
Доставяме сглобени пипетни капкомери с гърло DIN18 (GL18) за бутилки от 5 до 100 ml. Версиите включват TE, TE Plus, CRC/TE, ALU и ALU Plus. Доставяме също стъклени пипети, кехлибарени стъклени бутилки DIN18, компоненти и машини за опаковане. Възможни са персонализирани комбинации от зърно, яка и пипета при поискване.
Минималната поръчка е един кашон от даден продукт, а количеството в кашона зависи от продукта. Срокът за доставка обикновено е 3-5 работни дни след плащане.
