DIN18 pudelite korgid: tüübid, valik ja tellimine

Mida korgid teevad

Olenevalt disainist võib DIN18 kaelas olev kork täita ühte või mitut järgmist ülesannet:

• Keevitus: sulgeb kaela, nii et kapsel või sulgur hoiab tihedalt kinni ja piirab lekkeid.
• Doseerimine: ava reduktor või tilgutisisetükk väljastab toote tilkadena või kontrollitud voolusena.
• Pühkimine: puhastaja eemaldab pipetist või aplikaatorist liigse vedeliku selle väljatõmbamisel.
• Kaitse: kork töötab koos kapsli või manipuleerimiskindla sulgurigaga, et toode jääks esimese kasutuskorrani terveks.

Neid osi kasutatakse kosmeetiliste seerumite, eeterlike õlide ja muude vedelate toodetega, sõltuvalt koostisest ja täitmisprotsessist.

Mida kontrollida enne korgi valimist

• Kaela sobivus: the plug must match the inner dimensions of the DIN18 neck. Tolerances differ between bottles, so check the fit on your own bottle.
• Toote viskoossus: thin liquids and thicker oils flow differently, so the orifice size affects the drop size and the dosing.
• Materjali ühilduvus: essential oils and some active ingredients can affect certain plastics. Test the plug with your actual formulation.
• Closure combination: check that the plug works with the cap, collar or dropper you plan to use, and with any child-resistant or tamper-evident requirements.
• Filling and use: consider how the bottle is filled and how the end user will handle it.

Test a small batch under real storage and use conditions before ordering larger quantities.

• the function you need, such as dosing, sealing or wiping

Minimaalne tellimus on üks karp toodet ning karbi kogus sõltub tootest. Proovid on saadaval päringu korral. Tarneaeg on tavaliselt 3–5 tööpäeva alates maksmisest ning saadame FedExi, Eesti Posti või paletiga. Makse tehakse ette.
