We Test Every Batch of Closures and Bottles for Leakage with Vacuum Testing Machine

At Packaging.si, quality is our commitment. That’s why we perform strict leak tests on every batch of closures and bottles we receive before offering them to our customers.

Using our vacuum testing machine, we simulate real-use conditions. We fill the bottle with liquid, close it with the cap or dropper, and place it horizontally on a tissue inside the machine. The machine applies a -0.7 bar vacuum for 1 hour.

After the test, we check the tissue. If it remains dry, the closure passes. If the tissue shows any liquid, we reject that batch and do not supply it.

Thanks to this process, you can trust that the closures and bottles you receive from us are leak-proof and safe for your products.
